The Role:
- Supporting pupils with SEN/ALN on a 1:1 or small group basis
- Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
- Helping to manage behaviour positively and effectively
- Encouraging student independence, confidence, and development
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and structured learning environment
Who We’re Looking For:

- Experience working with SEN or ALN (school-based or otherwise)
- A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
