360 Care Group is a specialist provider of children's services, community care, supported living and complex care across the UK.
As our CAMHS services continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead one of our specialist services supporting children and young people with complex emotional, behavioural and mental health needs.
This role offers a clear pathway to becoming a Registered Manager within the next 12 months.
The Role:
We're recruiting a Service Manager to lead the day-to-day operation, quality and performance of our CAMHS service while preparing to progress into a Registered Manager position.
You'll lead and develop your team, promote a strong culture of safeguarding and quality, and ensure children and young people receive safe, therapeutic, person-centred care that delivers positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the day-to-day management of the CAMHS service, ensuring safe, effective and person-centred care.
Support compliance, quality assurance, safeguarding and continuous improvement across the service.
Recruit, mentor and develop staff through supervision, coaching and performance management.
Monitor care plans, risk assessments and documentation to ensure high-quality, outcome-focused support.
Manage incidents, complaints, safeguarding concerns and risk effectively, embedding learning into practice.
Build strong relationships with families, Local Authorities, education providers and healthcare professionals.
Monitor service performance, prepare for inspections and audits, and drive service improvement.
Work towards becoming the Registered Manager, taking on increasing operational and leadership responsibilities.
About You:
We're looking for an experienced, compassionate leader who is ready to take the next step in their career.
You will ideally have:
Experience as a Service Manager, Deputy Manager or similar leadership role within children's services, health or social care.
Strong knowledge of safeguarding, risk management and child-centred care.
Experience supporting children and young people with mental health needs, autism, learning disabilities or trauma.
Experience leading teams within a regulated service.
Excellent leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
Confidence using digital care systems and reporting tools.
A positive, resilient and solution-focused approach.
A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards).

Enhanced DBS with Children's Barred List check
Right to work in the UK
Ability to travel to services and meetings when required
