The Role
You will work closely with pupils in both 1:1 and small group settings, supporting those with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, complex needs, learning difficulties and challenging behaviour to achieve their individual goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored 1:1 and small group support to meet individual learning needs.
- Promote positive behaviour through effective behaviour management strategies.
- Encourage confidence, independence and emotional well-being.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, school staff and families.
- Support teachers in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
