Overview
We are an established main dealer representing Jeep, Fiat, and Abarth, providing an exciting range of vehicles that deliver performance, style, and versatility. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs. This role requires proficiency in Salesforce and a passion for building relationships through telemarketing and direct sales efforts.
Duties
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport and engage with potential customers to understand their needs, guiding them through the sales process to find the right Jeep, Fiat, Abarth or used vehicle.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the Jeep, Fiat, and Abarth brands, including specifications, features, and benefits, ensuring you can provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Sales: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by proactively approaching customers, conducting test drives, and effectively closing sales.
- Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring every customer’s experience is positive from the initial contact to post-purchase support.
- Lead Generation: Generate and follow up on new leads, managing inquiries from walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing, finance packages, and terms of sale to meet both the dealership's and customer's needs, closing sales effectively and professionally.
- Administration: Complete all required paperwork, including vehicle orders, trade-ins, and finance applications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent the Jeep, Fiat, and Abarth brands positively at all times, ensuring the dealership’s reputation for quality and excellence is upheld.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other dealership departments to achieve overall dealership goals and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a similar industry.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is essential.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong telemarketing skills with a persuasive approach to selling.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and achieving targets.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
