The purpose of this position will be to support the Junior Quality Manager in supervising Quality related activities in Bicester Warehouse and support in implementation and maintenance of a Quality Management System.
Support the implementation and maintenance of the QMS in compliance with ISO 13485 and ISO 9001, and internal procedures.
Supporting in implementing and complying with all environmental, health and safety requirements related to storage and distribution, including support of the ISO 14001 certification
HOLD / REWORK / INSPECT activities, including product handling, clarification, documentation and control.
Support deviations, nonconformities, investigations, and CAPAs, including root cause analysis and effectiveness verification.
Support internal, external, customer, and certification audits, ensuring timely closure of findings.
Maintain quality documentation, records, and change control activities.
Monitor warehouse and distribution activities to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
Support training activities and promote awareness of quality procedures and good distribution practices.
Analyze quality metrics and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, and other functions to resolve quality-related issues.
Supervision of warehouse:
Conduct internal audits to check the application of procedures
Definition of actions for modification and/or improvement of procedure
Minimum level 4 qualification. Bachelor's degree or higher is considered an advantage.
Experience working within ISO-certified organizations (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001) is considered an advantage.
Experience in warehousing, distribution, medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Basic understanding of quality principles and compliance requirements is desirable.
Willingness to learn Quality Management Systems, auditing techniques, and applicable regulatory requirements.
