Baird Digital Dental Laboratory located in Leeds is seeking a dynamic, experienced and dedicated Dental Technician to join our state-of-the-art private laboratory.

State-of-the-Art Technology

Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality dental restorations using CAD/CAM software (Exocad and/or 3Shape).
- Plan and design implant restorations, including single units, full-arch cases, custom abutments, and bars.
- Carry out digital implant planning and collaborate with clinicians to achieve predictable restorative outcomes.
- Design crowns, bridges, veneers, inlays, onlays, dentures, and full-arch restorations.
- Review intraoral and laboratory scans, ensuring designs meet functional, aesthetic, and clinical requirements.
- Work closely with dentists and the laboratory team to deliver exceptional results.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and quality while meeting production deadlines.
Essential Requirements
- GDC Registered
- Proven experience as a Dental CAD/CAM Designer or Digital Dental Technician.
- Advanced proficiency with Exocad and/or 3Shape.
- Experience in digital implant planning and implant restoration design is essential.
- Strong understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, implant prosthetics, and restorative principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced digital laboratory.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with guided surgery workflows and surgical guide design.
- Knowledge of milling, 3D printing, and digital manufacturing processes.
- Experience with intraoral scanners and digital impression workflows.
