Responsibilities
- Carry out building and maintenance works to a high standard
- Plastering to a high standard.
- Carry out plumbing repairs such as fixing leaks and installing fixtures.
- Carry out carpentry works, including repairs and basic joinery.
- Conduct roof repairs and maintenance as needed
- Have the ability to install new kitchens and bathrooms
- Ability to lay carpets and hard flooring
- Carry out maintenance to the garden area, including installing/replacing fencing
- Support a wide range of general property maintenance tasks.
- Diagnose faults and deliver effective, lasting repairs.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
Skills
- Proven experience in multiple trades.
- Strong plastering experience.
- Electrical experience.
- Plumbing experience.
- Painting and decorating experience.
- Proven ability in maintenance tasks across different trades.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality workmanship.
- Good communication skills to liaise with clients and team members effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
- Good command of English for communication purposes.
- Customer service orientation with a professional approach to client interactions.
Pay: £33,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
