This role has employed and self employed options.
E M Gray & Co Ltd is a highly respected and growing wealth management firm based in Belfast, committed to delivering exceptional financial planning and long-term client outcomes. As the business continues to grow, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Financial Adviser to join the team.
We are seeking an established adviser who has built a strong reputation within the market and ideally has the ability to bring an existing portfolio of clients. Whether you are seeking the security of an employed role or the flexibility of self-employment, E M Gray & Co Ltd is committed to creating a package that reflects your experience, ambitions, and the value you bring.
More than anything, this is a people-focused business that prides itself on being a close-knit, family-orientated firm where trust, support, and teamwork are central to the culture. Finding the right person is just as important as finding the right skillset. We are looking for someone who shares these values and wants to become an integral part of the business for years to come.
The successful adviser will have access to existing clients and qualified leads generated by the business, providing an excellent platform for growth from day one. However, this role will best suit someone who is proactive, commercially minded, and confident in generating opportunities through their own professional network, referrals, introducer relationships, and business development activity. We are looking for an adviser who can complement the support provided by the firm with their own ability to win and retain clients.
This is not a role for someone looking for their next stepping stone. We are seeking an adviser who wants to make a long-term commitment and find a business they can genuinely call home.

The Ideal Candidate
This role would suit an experienced Financial Adviser who has built a loyal client following and is looking for an environment where they can continue to grow whilst receiving the support, flexibility, and recognition they deserve.
E M Gray & Co Ltd is seeking someone who combines strong technical ability with the right attitude, values, and ambition. The successful individual will be committed to delivering outstanding client outcomes, contributing positively to the team culture, and becoming a key part of the firm's future success.
While the business can provide access to leads and existing clients, we are looking for an adviser who understands the importance of networking, relationship building, and business development. The ideal candidate will have the confidence and drive to develop their own pipeline alongside the opportunities provided by the firm, helping to grow both their personal client bank and the wider business.
This opportunity will suit a driven, entrepreneurial adviser who is passionate about doing the right thing for clients and is seeking a genuine long-term home. Cultural fit will be just as important as technical ability, and the successful individual will be someone who shares the business's values, embraces a collaborative environment, and wants to play a key role in the firm's future success.
