We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and friendly Housekeeping Team Member to join our team at The Mitre Hotel, right in the heart of Manchester city centre.
The Mitre is a 39-bedroom hotel, and you’ll play an important role in making sure our guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable and presented to a high standard.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Cleaning and preparing guest bedrooms and bathrooms
Changing bed linen and replenishing guest amenities
Vacuuming, dusting and sanitising rooms and public areas
Ensuring rooms are presented to a high standard for arriving guests
Reporting maintenance issues or lost property
Working efficiently as part of the housekeeping team
Following all health, safety and hygiene procedures
We’re looking for someone who is:
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Friendly and professional
Organised with good attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Flexible and willing to work weekends
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage, but training can be provided
3–5 days per week
