Housekeeper – Holy Cross, Sunderland
Salary: £13.45 per hour
Hours: 30 hours per week over a 7-day rota
Location: Holy Cross, Sunderland
The role
Holy Cross is a purpose-built nursing home set in private grounds in Sunderland. We are looking for a part time housekeeper to join the team.
The successful candidates will:
- Ensure all areas of the home are cleaned to a high standard including bedrooms, toilets, kitchen, offices and other communal spaces.
- Undertake laundry duties
- Assist in all kitchen and dining room duties, including serving meals, supporting residents at mealtimes and cleaning tables
- Operate all cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Be able to follow all health and safety/COSHH regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and observe data protection requirements in accordance with legislation and charity policy.
