We are looking for a new Sous Chef.

We offer flexible working conditions: 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday, Daytime hours and a competitive salary.
We are a London caterer with an exclusive contract with a company that offers bespoke meeting and training spaces, where we produce lunches and food for private events from kitchens in their four central London locations. All our food is freshly prepared onsite using high quality ingredients, with daily changing menus and a focus on healthy and nourishing eating.
We offer great working conditions with primarily daytime shifts, Mon-Fri, allowing you an important work/life balance not often found in the hospitality industry. The company itself is young and dynamic, and you will be working in a relaxed and inspiring environment.
Job Requirements:
*Previous experience at a sous chef level
*To be able to produce the highest quality food, including the daily lunches, working from the menus supplied to you, while ensuring our clients expectations are both met and exceeded
*To liaise with our clients in a professional and friendly manner
*To work in a positive and professional way with the FOH team
*To support the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen
*To support the Head Chef with managing a team of chefs
*Daily stock management
*Monitoring quality control across the kitchen
*To supporting the Head Chef with all kitchen HACCP and health and hygiene requirements

*Someone who is eager to help develop menus and recipes
