Job Description
We are currently seeking reliable and professional Door Supervisors to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of customers, staff, and premises while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Control access to venues and check ID where required
- Monitor and manage crowd behaviour to ensure a safe environment
- Handle incidents calmly and professionally
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises
- Work closely with venue management and team members
- Enforce licensing laws and venue policies
Requirements
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential)
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong communication and conflict management skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
