Plumbs' Dairy Limited is a family-run dairy company that has been trading for over 70 years! We supply milk and other fresh produce to homes around Cambridge.
THE ROLE -
Due to the continued opportunity to grow our business, Plumbs' Dairy is hiring a DOOR TO DOOR Salesperson to join our tea. You must be located within the local area and be available to work up to 24 hours per week, Monday – Friday.
Company transport will be available for use.
The DOOR TO DOOR Salesperson is be responsible for sales with the aim of signing up new customers to our milk/dairy delivery service.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a representative of the Company, explaining our service to potential customers
- Plan your canvassing route with the delivery team
- Obtain customers details and provide these details to the office
- Clearly and accurately explain to the customer about their order and delivery
- Provide excellent customer service and answer any questions the customer may have
- Understand our product range and benefits our service can have to potential customers
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience (door-to-door sales/cold calling - preferred but not essential)
- Self-motivated individual with drive for success
- Professional appearance with the ability to connect and build rapport with customers
- Polite manner with strong communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Holds a UK driving license
- Has the full right to work in the UK
Pay: Weekly performance-based commission scheme
