Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of engaging activities tailored to the needs and interests of children and young people.
- To work alongside children, young people and families with a focus on parenting, family life, early learning, to build confidence and breakdown isolation..
- Help maintain a safe, welcoming environment by adhering to health and safety protocols and safeguarding policies.
- Collaborate with team members to monitor individual progress and address any behavioral or developmental concerns.
- Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to ensure consistent support for each child's needs.
Requirements
- Valid driving license with use of own vehicle
- Strong childcare skills with a caring attitude and patience when working with diverse groups of children.
- Flexibility to work varied hours including afternoons, evenings, or weekends as needed.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and families.
- A relevant NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in early learning /development.

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
