Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a spotless environment
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and linens to meet guest needs and maintain operational standards
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas like hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and laundry rooms
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest safety
- Follow established health and safety protocols to uphold hygiene standards and prevent contamination
- Assist with laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are used efficiently and stored properly for safety and sustainability
Skills
- Previous hotel experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with cleaning procedures in hospitality settings
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering exceptional cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and respond to guest requests politely
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment safety practices
- A positive attitude with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities or schedules
Shifts would be Wednesday, Friday and Sunday 10am-3pm
