The Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Aesthetic Therapist to join our Cheshire team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled therapist who thrives in a high-end, results-driven environment and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care while working with advanced technologies and treatments.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a range of advanced aesthetic treatments to the highest clinical standards
- Provide personalised consultations and treatment recommendations
- Perform treatments such as:
- Hydrafacial
- Radiofrequency skin tightening
- Laser treatments
- Microneedling
- Body contouring (e.g. CoolSculpting)
- Advanced skin therapies (including exosomes where appropriate)
- Maintain accurate and compliant patient records using Pabau CRM
- Ensure outstanding patient care and follow-up at every stage
- Upsell and cross-sell treatments where appropriate, enhancing patient outcomes
- Maintain clinic hygiene, safety, and CQC-level standards
- Work collaboratively with clinicians and the wider team
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum NVQ Level 4 in Beauty/Aesthetics (essential)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the aesthetics industry
- Strong experience in advanced skin and device-led treatments
- Confident using Pabau (or similar clinic CRM systems)
- Excellent consultation and patient communication skills
- A polished, professional, and luxury-oriented approach
- Commercial awareness with the ability to drive treatment uptake
- Passion for continuous learning and development
Desirable (But Not Essential)
- Experience with Hydrafacial, laser platforms, radiofrequency, and body contouring devices
- Knowledge or experience in exosome therapies and regenerative treatments
- Previous experience in a high-end or luxury clinic environment
(Ongoing training will be provided for the right candidate.)
