Job description - the role
What you’ll be doing
Working within the Payment processing department you will be completing a number of general administration tasks that will be assigned to you. The role involves dealing with sensitive information working to timeframes ensuring all tasks are completed correctly & accurately. Process and manage chargeback cases, including reviewing responses from the chargeback team, challenging decisions where appropriate, and handling claims relating to issues such as property damage and other claim types. Review claim outcomes and notify customers when claims or chargebacks have been accepted or declined. Follow established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure consistent and accurate case handling. Provide customers with timely updates on the progress of their claims via letter, email, and text message.
