Duties

- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities

- Manage time effectively during busy service periods to deliver prompt and efficient service
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant settings, with a strong background in serving or culinary roles
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for billing and order management
- Kitchen experience or culinary background preferred, with familiarity in food preparation techniques
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or kitchen tasks simultaneously
