In this role, you’ll manage your own Private Client caseload, advising the firm’s clients across Wills, Probate, LPAs and Trusts while working as part of an experienced and supportive team.

We’re working with a well-regarded law firm in Eastbourne that is looking to strengthen its Private Client department with an additional Fee Earner.
You’ll take responsibility for your own matters and build relationships with the firm’s clients, with your caseload covering areas such as:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Trusts
- General Private Client advice
You’ll have the opportunity to handle a varied mix of matters, while having experienced colleagues available to discuss more technical work when needed.
The firm is happy to consider both Private Client Solicitors and CILEX Lawyers, with the position shaped appropriately around your experience and strengths.
This could particularly suit someone who enjoys having ownership of their caseload but also wants a collaborative environment where knowledge is shared and good work is recognised.
