Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Blackmore Park, Hanley Swan. This 6 month part-time role offers an excellent opportunity, with the potential to become permanent, to contribute to our mission of providing outstanding customer support and building lasting relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate data entry records to support customer accounts.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Provide information about products and services, offer pricing and delivery information.
- Follow up on customer requests to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
- Uphold phone etiquette and maintain a positive attitude during interactions.
- Key Competencies
- Proven experience in customer service or related roles.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently.
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional conduct.
- Analytical skills for problem-solving and process improvement are desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Requirements:
- Must have access to own transport due to location - Blackmore Park, Hanley Swan WR8 0EF
Prior experience using JD Edwards or other ERP system is advantageous.
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-2:30pm
