We are seeking ambitious, motivated, and well-connected individuals to join our growing team as Introducing Brokers (IBs).
This is a fully remote opportunity for individuals who are passionate about networking, business development, sales, marketing, and building long-term professional relationships.
You will work alongside an expanding financial markets community and introduce individuals who are interested in accessing global trading markets through our broker partner, Vantage Markets, an internationally recognised broker that is FCA regulated in the UK and associated with global partnerships including Ferrari Formula 1.
Our community has grown to over 1,000 members, and we are looking for driven individuals to help us continue expanding worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Introduce interested individuals to our broker partner and support them through the onboarding journey.
- Use networking, referrals, social media, and digital marketing strategies to grow your client network.
- Communicate professionally with prospects and existing contacts.
- Attend online team meetings, webinars, training sessions, and networking events.
- Participate in regular 1-to-1 support sessions with experienced members of the team.
What We’re Looking For
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A confident networker with the ability to build professional relationships.
- Experience in sales, customer service, marketing, recruitment, business development, or social media is beneficial.
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently.
- A positive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop.
Individuals with a strong social media presence, online audience, or marketing experience are especially encouraged to apply.
