SHIFTS:
Hours are flexible, with available shifts between 07:30-17:00 Monday-Sunday
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest accommodation and function areas, including floors, windows, furniture, restrooms, and common spaces using commercial cleaning equipment and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness standards by regularly disinfecting high-touch surfaces and ensuring proper waste disposal
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other amenities to ensure facilities are fully equipped at all times
- Follow established janitorial procedures to ensure safety, efficiency, and environmental responsibility during all cleaning activities
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution
- Adhere to health and safety regulations by using appropriate protective gear and handling cleaning chemicals responsibly
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to uphold the highest standards of hygiene
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel/accommodation housekeeping.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety protocols
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively within a team
