BNS Motors is a busy independent garage specialising in engine repairs, engine rebuilds, diagnostics and mechanical work. We work mainly on BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Volkswagen, Range Rover, Land Rover and Jaguar vehicles.
We are looking for an experienced and organised Sales & Service Advisor to manage customers and jobs from the initial enquiry through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming phone, WhatsApp and online leads
- Convert enquiries into bookings and manage the booking schedule
- Speak with customers, understand their requirements and provide quotations
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
- Coordinate with mechanics and manage job progress
- Obtain customer approval for additional work
- Source, price and order vehicle parts from suppliers
- Track parts deliveries and ensure parts are available when required
- Follow up outstanding quotations and leads
- Manage job records, invoices and customer information
- Ensure customers receive a professional service from booking to vehicle collection
Requirements
- Previous experience in a garage, dealership, service advisor or automotive environment preferred
- Good knowledge of vehicle repairs and parts
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confident dealing with customers, suppliers and technicians
- Strong organisational and computer skills
- Ability to manage multiple jobs in a busy workshop
- Sales and lead-conversion experience is an advantage
