Overview:
We are seeking an experienced dedicated Dispenser/Pharmacy Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our pharmacy and delivering high quality pharmaceutical services to our patients. Responsibilities:
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist
- Provide excellent customer service and patient care
- Maintain proper inventory levels of medications and supplies
- Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and guidelines
- Assist in the preparation of prescription orders
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
Requirements:
- NVQ2 Level 2 or 3 in Pharmacy Services or an equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a dispenser/pharmacy technician in a UK community pharmacy setting
- Certification as a Pharmacy Technician is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
