We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Team Leader/Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage Team at the Wild West Diner and Spyglass Bar.
This is a great opportunity for Team Leader to be part of a growing and busy Diner and Cocktail Bar. The right candidate will be highly motivated, hardworking with a passion for food, beverage and fantastic customer Service.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Manager in the smooth running of the operation
- Be involved in recruiting, building and training a team
- Work alongside the team to create a fantastic guest experience
- Support the manager with ordering & stock management
- Open and close the business
- Drive high standards across the business
- Be responsible for health & safety and food safety alongside the manager
You will have:
- Previous experience as a Team leader in a similar environment
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team
- Eager to learn and develop your team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and remain focused
- Professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
Experience:
- Bartending: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Personal Licence (preferred)
