Banana Moon Day Nursery in Bishop's Stortford is excited to announce an opening for a skilled and passionate Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our dedicated team.
In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the early learning experiences of children aged 0-5 years, providing high-quality care and educational support within a nurturing environment.
You will collaborate closely with other practitioners and families to develop tailored learning plans that foster each child's development. Salary: upto £29,000 - depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:

Work together as a team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Create and implement engaging activities tailored to the developmental needs of children.

Monitor the wellbeing and development of each child, maintaining thorough observations and documentation.

Build strong relationships with parents, communicating regularly about their child's progress and experiences.

Maintain a safe, clean, and inviting environment that meets health and safety regulations.

Work with nursery management to uphold policies and procedures.
Requirements

Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.

Proven experience working with infants in a nursery setting.

Strong understanding of child development principles.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, particularly with parents.
