Senior Lead (Assessment Development) X2 Roles

We want someone (like you) who is up for the challenge and who will contribute to our bold growth plans. Ideally, you need to be qualified in health and safety and/or environmental management and have experience of vocational assessment design. We’ll provide any additional training to get you up to speed with the way we do things.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be helping us develop:
- Multiple choice (MCQ) and Multiple-response (MRQ) questions
- Realistic workplace simulations - lacing the narratives with clues and signposts
- Applied questions which help people show their learning in a real context (you know, the stuff that actually counts…)
- Marking schemes
You’ll also be :
- Setting pass marks
- Authorising individual items as well as full papers
- Working with internal and external subject matter experts
The ideal candidate must have a sense of humour and be prepared to work with a fun but dedicated team. You may have had some experience of working in a similar or allied role. You will have good English language writing skills. Experience of a range of different industries/workplaces would be an advantage (this helps with scenario writing). In summary we want someone who has the enthusiasm and the innate talent to learn and contribute to this essential area. We want you to have a fulfilling and interesting job.
