Join a fostering service where children, foster carers, and staff are at the heart of everything we do.
At Fusion Fostering, we're passionate about creating positive outcomes for children and young people. As we continue our exciting Journey to Outstanding, following our Good Ofsted rating, we're looking for an experienced and dedicated Supervising Social Worker to join our supportive team covering the Taunton area.
This is an opportunity to work for an organisation that values quality over quantity, ensuring our social workers have the time and support needed to make a real difference.
Why Join Us?
Low Caseloads:
We believe excellent support comes from having the capacity to build meaningful relationships. That's why our Supervising Social Workers carry a maximum caseload of 10 foster families.
Therapeutic Approach:
Our practice is underpinned by a therapeutic, child-centred approach, helping foster carers understand and respond to children's experiences, behaviours, and needs.
Focus on Positive Outcomes:
Everything we do is driven by improving the lives of children and young people, supporting them to feel safe, valued, and able to thrive.
Supportive Team Culture
You'll be part of a collaborative and experienced team that genuinely values your professional expertise and wellbeing.
Our Values:
At Fusion Fostering, our values guide every aspect of our work:
We Care
We put children, young people, foster carers, and colleagues at the centre of everything we do.
We Listen

We Collaborate
