We are looking to add an additional staff member to our team of Patient Concierge's.
Once fully trained each Patient Concierge will work a shift pattern in order to either cover mornings, evenings or weekends for an average of 42.5 hours per week. Each of the shift patterns are alternated between the members of staff fairly on a weekly basis.
Please ensure that you complete the associated assessments. Due to the nature of the role, we will not review the CV's of anybody that has not completed the Phone Screening assessment.

We receive large numbers of new leads each month, all who need to be contacted swiftly and professionally, in order to provide information about the requested procedure. Knowledge about procedures is absolutely essential but training will be provided.
Job Description:

- Calling new and existing patients to offer appointments

Patient Concierge will provide vital communication between new and existing patients. The key skills that are essential for this role are:
- Extensive telephone experience, enjoy talking on the phone and engaging with people
- Excellent organisational skills
- Self-motivated and driven
- Superb attention to detail
- A good team support
- Well-spoken with excellent written English
- Computer literate and a fast learner
You will naturally have an interest in cosmetic procedures and want to learn more. You will also love to speak on the phone and help patients realise what services and care we provide. You will need to be patient and have excellent administration skills. We require you to call new and existing patients and to also carry out any other general office duties and any other reasonable tasks that may be required.
Salary: £24,000–£28,000 + £10,000 performance bonus (OTE £34,000–£38,000), based on an average 42.5-hour working week.
