Food Production Operative
Location: Coalville, Leicestershire
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: Day Shift – Tuesday to Saturday
Days Off: Sunday & Monday
About the Role
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Food Production Operatives to join our growing food production facility. This is a hands-on role within a small, friendly team where you will assist with the preparation, processing, packing, and handling of food products while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, process, and pack food products in line with production requirements.
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently (training provided where required).
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and quality procedures.
- Carry out product quality checks and report any issues.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic working environment.
- Assist with labelling, packaging, and stock handling.
- Work as part of a team to achieve daily production targets.
- Comply with all Health & Safety policies and company procedures.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties required within the production operation.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, or warehouse work is an advantage but not essential.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexibility and a strong work ethic.
