We’re looking for a talented Cocktail Bartender to craft exceptional drinks and deliver impeccable service. You’ll bring expertise, energy to ensuring guests enjoy a sophisticated and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve classic cocktails, signature serves, and in-house recipes to a high standard
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of cocktail theory and mixology techniques
- Retain and accurately execute a wide range of cocktail recipes
- Be able to create and develop your own cocktails to perfectly pair with seasonal specials as well as menu features
- Maintain consistency, presentation, and quality across all drinks served
- Provide excellent customer service and engage positively with guests
- Take customer orders and make informed drink recommendations
As well as carrying out all regular bartending duties including:
- Opening and closing the bar
- Restocking and rotating stock
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
- Glass collection and polishing
- Operating tills and handling payments
- Following licensing laws and health & safety procedures
- Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Support the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day service
What We’re Looking For:
- Bartending experience in an upscale or high-volume venue.
- Strong mixology skills and a keen eye for presentation.
- Excellent customer service and ability to create a refined atmosphere.
- Calm, efficient approach in a fast-paced setting.
