We are seeking a skilled Technical Solutions Analyst to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert technical assistance and support for our metering, data collection and PAYG products, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution. This role requires an understanding of our product offerings, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical and utilities information clearly to both technical and non-technical clients and internal departments.
The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product features and improve user experience, while also contributing to the development of support documentation and training materials.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential for success in this position.
The role will be based out of the Leeds office with the occasional requirement to travel nationwide to attend and support at client meetings.

Key Responsibilities
- Set-up and configuration of data systems
- Provide deployment monitoring and remote field support.
- Build an in-depth product knowledge, which is documented and maintained.
- Work closely with manufacturers to ensure best practise.
- Understand and support a range of software applications and IT.
- Undertake remote failure investigations and coordinate field engineer attendance
- Maintain product firmware and security monitoring tools.
- Take a proactive approach to identification and resolution of identified issues through reporting and data analysis.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures as directed.
- Creating and providing training for field teams and Clients.
- Engage with suppliers, clients, stakeholders, regulators and others within the wider industry.
- Ensure compliance to Ofgem requirements, regulatory and industry standards.
- Undertake advanced data analysis to gain important insights about our performance and where change can be targeted and impact measured.
You will also be expected to carry other tasks over time, as agreed with your mentor.

Location
Reporting office: Leeds.
Based: Leeds, travel may be required for training or other support tasks on client sites, with potential overnight stays. Flexible working arrangements possible.
