Salary: Up to £34k per annum
Contract Type: Full-time shift work (including evenings, weekends, and sleeps)

⭐ Salary & Sleeps ⭐
✅ £25,775.88- £28,093.88 basic salary
✅ PLUS additional £50 per sleep (up to £6k per year)
✅ Annual appraisal uplifts in salary

You’ll be working in a warm, homely environment alongside a settled and highly trained staff team, supporting 2x young people (aged 14) - one with Autism and one with cerebral palsy. Both are fun, engaging and full of personality (with a love for everything pink!).

The focus is on helping young people develop independence, self-esteem, and a strong sense of worth, while ensuring they feel valued as part of their community.
Shifts:
- Late 14:30- 22.00 or sleep
- Early 07:30-15:00
- Full 07:30 – 22:00 or sleep
Your role will be to provide a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where young people can thrive, develop independence, and reach their full potential.
