At Tigerlily First Aid Training, our trainers are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a highly organised, people-focused Trainer Support to become the central point of contact for our established trainer network.
This is a role for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and keeping multiple moving parts running smoothly. You'll support around 170 freelance trainers, ensuring they're assigned to the right courses, have everything they need to deliver exceptional training, and feel genuinely valued between bookings.
If you're someone who loves creating order, communicating with warmth, and making things happen behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
As Trainer Support, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operational support of our trainer network, including:
- Matching trainers to courses based on location, qualifications, availability and workload.
- Managing trainer communications around course allocations, changes and cancellations.
- Completing pre-course checks to ensure trainers have accurate information and everything is ready before delivery.
- Carrying out post-course administration, including paperwork checks, compliance sign-off and certificate release.
- Conducting supportive six-monthly trainer review conversations (Desk-Based Reviews).
- Monitoring trainer compliance documents and managing renewal processes.
- Acting as the first point of contact for trainer queries, coordinating with internal teams where needed.
- Identifying trends and escalating quality or operational concerns appropriately.
About you
You'll be someone who enjoys working with people just as much as processes.
You'll likely have:
- Experience coordinating a freelance, field-based or geographically dispersed workforce.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with a warm, supportive and professional approach.
- Confidence making decisions and solving problems under pressure.
- Experience working with compliance processes, documentation or quality standards.
- Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to build trusted relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.
Experience conducting structured review or support conversations would be an advantage.
Why join Tigerlily?
You'll play a vital role in ensuring our trainers feel supported, our courses run smoothly, and our learners receive a consistently high-quality experience.
This is a varied role where no two days are quite the same—you'll combine relationship management, coordination, administration and problem-solving while making a genuine difference to our trainer community.
