We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Relief Mobile Patrol Officer to ensure the safety and security of our clients premises. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring designated areas, preventing theft and vandalism and maintaining a secure environment for staff and visitors. This role offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic security team, contributing to the safety of our organisation.
Shifts -
(This is a Relief Officer Position) Availability from Monday - Sunday with the opportunity for other overtime on weekends / during the week if required.

Duties
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises, both on foot and via CCTV surveillance systems
- Implement loss prevention strategies by observing and deterring theft or unauthorised access
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, providing first aid if necessary
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of patrols and observations
- Liaise with law enforcement or emergency services when required
- Enforce company policies and procedures related to security and safety protocols
Skills
- Knowledge of first aid procedures and ability to respond effectively in emergencies
- Strong observational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations professionally
- Physically fit with the capacity to patrol large areas on foot for extended periods
