You will assist with client consultations, support styling and grooming services, and grow your expertise in a range of core hairdressing techniques. Throughout your apprenticeship, you will receive structured training, mentoring, and real salon experience to help you build confidence and progress towards becoming a qualified stylist.
You must be willing to travel to Feltham once a week for your apprenticeship hairdressing training.

Responsibilities
- Assist senior stylists with client consultations, preparation, and service delivery.
- Support with shampooing, conditioning, scalp treatments, and ensuring client comfort throughout appointments.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic salon environment, including tools, equipment, and workstations.
- Learn and perform basic haircutting, blow-drying, styling, and finishing techniques under supervision.
- Welcome clients at the front desk, schedule appointments, manage bookings, and provide excellent customer service.
- Promote additional salon services through professional upselling to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Observe experienced stylists and actively participate in training sessions, assessments, and practical workshops.
- Follow salon policies, health and safety procedures, and professional standards at all times.
