Days/Evenings/Weekends
Role Overview: We are seeking a Wellbeing Guide to join our team on a 36.75 hours per week contract. The role involves providing personalised care and support to our guests, assisting with their physical and emotional well-being during their rehabilitation journey.
Please note, this position cannot consider overseas applications. No sponsorship available.
Duties:
- Monitor and assist guests with self-care and rehabilitation activities.
- Support the nursing team with medical tasks such as vitals, ECGs, and venepuncture.
- Maintain guest records and complete daily reports.
- Provide a high standard of care in line with the Care Standards Act 2000.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of addiction treatment and mental health care.
- Strong communication skills and empathy.
- Full driving license.
- Experience with physical observations, ECGs, venepuncture and medication second checking (essential).
- NVQ Level 2 in care or higher (preferred).
