Are you a reliable, skilled Class 1 Driver looking for consistent, year-round work with guaranteed hours? Sustaina Drive is expanding its operations in Rugby, and we are looking for dedicated HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our team immediately!
Whether you prefer Days or Nights, we have flexible options to suit your schedule.
What We Offer
- Great Pay: Competitive rates between £18.00 and £20.00 per hour
- Flexible Pay Structure: We offer multiple pay options to best suit your preferences
- Guaranteed Hours: 5 shifts per week guaranteed, running all year round (not just for peak seasons!)
- Extra Earning Potential: Optional 6th shift available every week for those who want to boost their earnings
- Shift Options: Dedicated Day and Night shifts available

Key Requirements
- Valid UK HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) Licence
- Up-to-date CPC card and Digital Tachograph card
- Reliable, professional attitude with a focus on safety
- Good understanding of driver hours and tachograph regulations
