Experienced Multi-Trade Finisher / Snagging Technician - Garden Rooms

Hideaway Garden Rooms builds premium, fully-finished garden rooms and annexes for homeowners across Surrey, London and the Home Counties. Our builds are high-specification and our customers expect an exceptional finish, which means we need finishers who take genuine pride in their work and hold themselves to the same standard we do.
The Role
You'll be responsible for all internal finishing works following plastering, including:
- Painting walls and ceilings to a high standard
- Fitting laminate flooring
- Installing and painting skirting boards
- Silicone application and sealing
- Final finishing and handover preparation - leaving the room ready for a customer who has spent months waiting for it
This is contractor work, paid at a competitive day rate. We work across Surrey and into London and the Home Counties, so your own transport is essential.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a similar finishing role - trade background in painting, decorating or fit-out
- An eye for detail and a high personal standard of finish
- Clean, tidy working habits on site
- Reliable, professional and easy to work with
- Own tools and transport
