Due to new, continuous investment in the latest technology, recent long-term contracts wins, along with exciting future growth plans, we are expanding! We are looking to recruit an experienced Print Finishing Folding Operator
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate MBO and Heidelberg Stahl 56 folding machines to achieve maximum efficiency and quality.
- Produce a wide range of folded products including brochures, leaflets, book sections and direct mail components.
- Read and interpret production job tickets and ensure all work is completed to specification.
- Monitor quality throughout production and carry out regular checks to maintain the highest standards.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and fault finding to minimise downtime.
- Work closely with colleagues across the finishing department to meet daily production schedules and customer deadlines.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping and comply with all Health & Safety procedures.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience operating MBO and Heidelberg Stahl folding machines is essential.
- Strong understanding of commercial print finishing processes.
- Ability to set up complex fold patterns with minimal supervision.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Reliable, flexible and able to work under pressure to meet demanding deadlines.
- A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider production team when required
