CLEANERS NEEDED COMPETETIVE RATES AVAILABLE
We are seeking a reliable and professional Sub-Contractor Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services across various domestic premises. This role offers flexible working arrangements and the opportunity to work independently while maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Prior experience in cleaning is required. The position is paid and suitable for self-motivated individuals who take pride in their work.
Responsibilities
- Carry out cleaning duties in domestic environments, including houses , apartments, and student accommodation .
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and products to ensure all areas meet health and safety standards.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitising surfaces.
- Manage waste disposal efficiently and responsibly.
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning to the relevant supervisor or client.
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes.
Qualifications and requirements
- Previous experience in domestic cleaning or janitorial services is required.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality work.
- Reliable and punctual with good organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Possession of a valid right to work in the UK is required.
