We are seeking a skilled Garden Maintenance Operative to join our dedicated team. Responsibilities
- Maintain garden by mowing Strimming weeding and hedgecutting
- Operate hand tools, power tools safely and efficiently
- Experience with ride on mowers
- Conduct regular inspections of outdoor areas to identify maintenance needs.
- Apply horticultural practices to promote good garden management
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working order through routine cleaning and servicing
Qualifications
- Proven experience in gardening, horticulture or landscape maintenance roles
- Practical knowledge of using hand tools, power tools.
- Experience with plants, shrubs, trees, and other garden flora
- Strong understanding of horticultural practices
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in outdoor environments
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail
- Physical fitness to perform manual tasks over extended periods in various weather conditions
