As a Food and Beverage Assistant you will help the hotel to continue to deliver great service to our guests in the bar and restaurant area.
Your responsibilities will include:
- The service of food and beverage products in the bar and restaurant area.
- To be able to understand and communicate effectively the menu and all products available to customers.
- Deal with all payment transactions (cash, card and room charging) in the correct manner according to company guidelines.
- To provide a warm and welcoming service at all touch points with the guests ensuring that all queries or requirements are dealt with accordingly.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Great customer service skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and maintain a professional approach.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- Experience working with payments.
- Flexible to cover late nights and weekend shifts.
