We're a recognised, female-led landscaping business with a growing reputation in Oxfordshire and beyond. We’re looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic Landscaper or Assistant Landscaper who wants to build on their career in landscaping. If you love working outdoors, take pride in your work, and enjoy being part of a supportive team - we want to hear from you.
The right candidate will have:
- Experience installing paving, decking, hard landscaping.
- Experience delivering garden builds to meet a design brief.
- Experience working with manual and power tools.
- Familiarity with planting trees, flowers, shrubs and border designs.
- An active full, valid UK driving licence.
You are a good fit if you:
- Are reliable, responsible and take initiative.
- Can take direction and work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Enjoy working with your hands and being active (it's physical work!).
- Are organised and manage your time well on site.
- Love nature, the outdoors, and a good cup of tea.
