Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and engagement opportunities; respond promptly and professionally.
- Analyse performance metrics to optimise content effectiveness and increase audience engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the organisation at the forefront of digital innovation.
- Assist in managing online reputation through proactive public relations initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of public relations principles and how they apply to online communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in social media scheduling tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content campaigns.
- Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
