About the Role
EXIN Construction Ltd is looking for experienced Bathroom Fitters to join our growing social housing refurbishment team.
We are looking for reliable, skilled tradespeople who can deliver high-quality bathroom installations at a fast and consistent pace, with a target of completing one bathroom per day.
This role is ideal for a bathroom fitter who is confident working independently and can complete a full bathroom installation to a high standard without compromising on quality or compliance.
Key Requirements
You must be competent and experienced in copper pipework and soldering.
You will be required to carry out:
* Full bathroom strip-outs and installations
* First and second fix plumbing
* Copper pipework and soldering
* Installation of baths, showers, WCs and basins
* Shower valves and associated pipework
* Toilet and basin connections
* Tiling and associated bathroom finishing works
* Flooring where required
* Silicone sealing and finishing
* Basic carpentry associated with bathroom installations
* Working to drawings, specifications and company standards
* Completing work to a one-bathroom-per-day target
* Working in occupied and social housing properties
* Keeping properties clean, safe and secure throughout the works
* Completing snagging and finishing to a high standard

* Have proven experience as a Bathroom Fitter
* Be highly competent with copper soldering
* Be able to complete a bathroom installation efficiently

* Be able to work independently
* Have experience working in social housing/refurbishment environments
* Understand health & safety requirements
* Have their own tools and transport
* Be able to work to deadlines and daily productivity targets
The Work
Our projects are predominantly social housing kitchen and bathroom refurbishments across Birmingham and the surrounding areas.
You will be working to established programmes and specifications, with a strong focus on:

We need fitters who can work quickly but do not cut corners.
