Hours
- 37.5 hour week
- Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm
The role of Customer Service Assistant:
- Receive a large number of incoming calls as a first point of call in to the business
- Direct calls to other departments if necessary
- Place orders via telephone or email
- Input orders efficiently and accurately
- Liaise with other departments to ensure products are dispatched and delivered on time
- Reception cover (adhoc)
- Solve customer queries
- See orders through start to delivery
- To communicate regularly with Representatives to ensure excellent customer service
The ideal Customer Service Assistant:
- A friendly, approachable person with the ability to cope under pressure
- Able to work effectively and multi task in a busy environment
- Previous experience in Customer Service roles partnered alongside administrative duties would be desirable
- A reliable and punctual person
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Our Client is a large Distribution company who are looking to grow their current Customer Service team due to high demand in their products.
