Nursery Manager

Due to our current Nursery Manager stepping into a Senior Management role within our company, we're looking for an exceptional leader to join us at our beautiful Queens Road Nursery.
Nestled within a purpose-built setting inside a thriving primary school, Queens Road is home to 120 wonderful children, a dedicated team of 35 colleagues, and a nursery community we're incredibly proud of.
This isn't a role where you're expected to do it all alone.
You'll be dual managing alongside our dedicated current Nursery Manager, with the support of an experienced Deputy Manager. Our Support Manager, and our Head of Operations will be supporting you behind the scenes. We're looking for someone who will become the heart of our nursery.
Someone who knows that great leadership isn't about being the loudest voice in the room. It's about building relationships, inspiring a team, supporting families, celebrating children and creating a place where everyone feels they belong.
· We're looking for someone who:
· Holds a full and relevant Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years
· Has previous experience leading a busy nursery or large team
· Lives and breathes outstanding early years practice
· Leads with kindness, integrity and professionalism
· Is passionate about developing people and helping others flourish
· Understands safeguarding is at the centre of everything we do
· Wants to be part of a company that's continually growing and investing in its people.

Pay: £40,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
