Are you passionate about workplace safety, sustainability, and making a positive impact?
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) Technician Apprentice to join our lubrication manufacturing business. This role will provide hands-on experience within a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment while studying towards a nationally recognised Level 3 qualification.
You will support the health, safety, and environmental activities that help keep our manufacturing operation safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting workplace health and safety activities
- Assisting with audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Promoting safe working practices across the site
- Supporting environmental and sustainability initiatives
- Helping investigate incidents and near misses
- Delivering safety communications and toolbox talks

- Interest in health & safety, environmental management, or manufacturing
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to promoting a safe workplace
