Duties
- Assist residents or clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility to ensure their comfort and dignity

- Maintain clear communication with team members, clients, and families to ensure seamless care delivery
- Use IT systems to document care activities accurately and update client records regularly
- Drive between different locations for home care visits, ensuring punctuality and reliability
- Monitor health status and report any changes or concerns promptly to senior staff or healthcare professionals
- Promote a safe environment by adhering to health and safety protocols and assisting with infection control measures
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a care home or providing home care is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English to ensure clear understanding of care plans and instructions
- Basic IT skills for maintaining accurate electronic records and documentation
- Strong communication skills to build trusting relationships with clients, families, and team members
